In this guide I'm going to walk you through the Web Design Bistro process so that you have a clear understanding of how we do things so that you're confident when you choose to get started with us.

As you’re likely aware we like to keep things simple, that’s why our only plan is month to month with no lock-in contracts… no contracts at all actually.

Everything from your custom website design and super fast hosting to unlimited menu updates is included for $199 / month.

There is also a setup fee of $300, this covers custom graphic creation, implementation, building of your website and more.

With a typical turn around time of 3 weeks you’ll be online in no time.

Getting Started

If you’re interested in a new website and marketing solution with us first visit the Get Started page and fill out the form.

Once you’ve submitted this form we’ll be in touch with a phone call shortly after to introduce ourselves.

After this phone call we’ll send through an email with you with the following steps which will include an on-boarding form.

This short form gives you the opportunity to share your business goals, websites you like and more.

When that’s complete our team will review it to make sure we’re a good fit for each other and that we can meet your needs.

Now that we’re confident we’ll be able to deliver a website and solution you’ll love we’ll either plan a meeting face to face or over the phone and then we’ll organise payment of the $300 setup fee.

Once this is paid we’ll begin setting up your website and connecting your accounts for Google My Business and more.

You’ll be given a development URL to watch your website being built and once you’ve approved it and it’s ready to go live is when we setup your monthly subscription of $199.

Once the first payment is made all following ones will be automatic to make this entire process as simple as possible.

If you’re ever looking to cancel your Web Design Bistro subscription all you need to do is call or email us and we’ll cancel your plan immediately.

If a payment is ever missed for some reason we’ll follow-up with you to see if there’s anything we can help with, if the issue isn’t resolved after a few days we’ll simply take the website down.

Post Launch

After your website has been launched we suggest you promote this across your social media accounts and start looking for online reviews for your Google My Business page.

We’ll give you full admin access to your website so that you can make any image or text changes later on.

If you ever need to update your menu with a simple price change or even a full menu overhaul then we’ve got you covered.

Simply reach out to us via email with the details and we’ll organise the immediate updates to your online menu.
